Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with montelukast on pulmonary function in children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 68 children with bronchial asthma admitted to Suzhou High-tech Zone People's Hospital from June 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide single drug atomization,and the observation group was treated with montelukast based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function indicators(first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1),peak respiratory flow rate(PEF),forced vital capacity(FVC)and sleep quality(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale(PSQI)score)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of observation group(94.12%)was higher than that of control group(73.53%)(P<0.05).After treatment,PEF,FVC and FEV1 in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSQI scores of sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,daytime sleep disorder and hypnotic drugs in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with montelukast in children with bronchial asthma attack can improve the therapeutic effect,promote the recovery of lung function,and thus improve the sleep quality of children.关键词
