Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of budesonide nasal spray combined with nasal irrigation in postoperative patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods A total of 133 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps who received surgical treatment in Taizhou Fourth People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group(n=67)and observation group(n=66).The control group was given budesonide nasal spray after operation,and the observation group was given budesonide nasal spray and nasal irrigation after operation.The clinical efficacy,the changes of inflammatory factors,the improvement of nasal function and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-2(IL-2)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the total nasal airway resistance(NAR),minimum nasal cross-sectional area-anterior nostril distance(DCAN)and olfactory function score in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05),and the nasal volume(NCV)and minimum nasal cross-sectional area(NMCA)were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Postoperative treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps with budesonide nasal spray and nasal irrigation can effectively reduce inflammation,improve nasal function and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.关键词
