姜黄素减肥胶囊中功效成分含量测定方法学验证实验设计OA
Method Validation Experimental Design for the Determination of Functional Ingredient in Curcumin Jianfei Capsules
目的 设计姜黄素减肥胶囊中功效成分姜黄素含量测定方法学验证综合试验.方法 以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,乙腈-4%冰醋酸(48∶52)为流动相,检测波长430 nm,流速为1 ml/min进行检测,以峰面积外标法定量.结果 在选定的色谱条件下,本方法的专属性、线性、精密度、准确度、稳定性满足要求.结论 经过方法学验证,本方法简便快捷、准确度高、重复性好,是检测姜黄素减肥胶囊中姜黄素的有效定量方法.
Objective To design method validation for the determination of the content of curcumin in curcumin jianfei capsules.Methods Using Acetonitrile and 4%Acetic acid(48∶52)as mobile phase,separated by Carotenoid column,detected by HPLC at 430 nm,and quantified by the external standard method.Results Method validation included exclusivity,linearity,precision,accuracy and stability,which laid the foundation for the control the quality and assay the content of functional ingredient in curcumin Jianfei capsules.Conclusions he method is simple,rapid and accurate,which can be applied to the analysis of the content of curcumin in curcumin Jianfei capsulles.
