目的:探讨化积散结散联合温针灸治疗类风湿关节炎合并肺间质病变患者的疗效及对类风湿因子、免疫应答和抗环瓜氨酸肽(CCP)抗体、趋化因子配体 19(CCL19)的影响.方法:选择 2020 年 4 月至 2023 年 4 月中国中医科学院广安门医院保定医院和中国人民解放军陆军第八十二集团军医院收治的类风湿关节炎合并肺间质病变患者 98 例,采用随机数字表法分为两组.西医组 49 例患者进行常规西医治疗,联合组 49 例患者在西医组的基础上给予化积散结…查看全部>>
