智慧农业背景下新型职业农民数字素养培育路径研究

Abstract
Smart agriculture has become the future development trend of China's agriculture.The development of smart agriculture is inseparable from the support of talents who master digital technology which is crucial for the cultivation of digital literacy of new professional farmers.This paper deeply analyzes the interactive relationship between the development of smart agriculture and the cultivation of digital literacy of new professional farmers.Based on literature research and survey analysis,the paperpoints out that the problems in the cultivation of digital literacy of new professional farmers include insufficient policy and financial support,insufficient integration of cultivation resources,low overall participation of farmers,and single training content and methods.Finally,it proposes an effective path for the cultivation of digital literacy of new professional farmers:Implementing government-led resource integration and establishment of diversified cultivation subjects;strengthening the training faculty team and establishing a teacher team;optimizing the training curriculum according to the actual needs of smart agriculture development;innovating training methods and establishing virtual and real teaching resources.All these are supposed to comprehensively improve the digital literacy of new professional farmers and assist in the development of smart agriculture.关键词
