新型职业农民培育路径研究
摘要
Abstract
With the acceleration of agricultural modernization,the cultivation of new professional farmers has become a key link in the strategy of rural revitalization.As an important part of the cultivation process,education and training plays a significant role in improving farmers'agricultural knowledge,skills and management and operation ability.However,in practice,there are many challenges in the education and training of new vocational farmers.Taking Taibai County as an example,this study aims to deeply analyze these problems and their causes,and put forward corresponding solutions,in order to promote the optimal development of the education and training of new vocational farmers.关键词
