乡村振兴战略视域下返乡入乡大学生创业群体培育研究
摘要
Abstract
The entrepreneurial group of college students returning to their hometown has the characteristics of enhanced participation in entrepreneurship,multiple effects,equal internal attributes and clear strategic positioning,which is a new force to promote the revitalization and development of the countryside.It plays a vital role in rural economy and the development of agricultural rural governance,activating the market value of rural industry and optimizing the political value of rural governance.It also shows the self-value of college students returning to their hometown to start a business,and realizes the strategic value of rural revitalization.The cultivation of entrepreneurial groups of college students returning to their hometown should rely on the advantages of rural land resources,rural landscape,rural entrepreneurial industrial park and technical skills,so as to create more main bodies of modern agricultural breeding,cultural and tourism integration,agricultural park entrepreneurship and digital agricultural services.By increasing the supply of entrepreneurial elements,improving the school education system,promoting the two-way identity of urban and rural areas,and optimizing the security of public services,it is supposed to attract more college students to join the entrepreneurial group returning to their hometown.关键词
