水土保持生态产品价值实现理论与实践研究辨析
Studies on theory and practice of realizing value of ecological products for soil and water conservation
摘要
Abstract
Establishing a mechanism to realize value of ecological products for soil and water conservation shall be the main task for the implementation of ecological civilization thought of Xi Jinping and the inherent need of high quality development.Currently,ecological products for soil and water conservation are difficult to quantify,mortgage,trade,and monetize.Through summary and review of relevant theoretical research and practices,it is possible to define their connotation and significance.Systematic analysis has been made on attribute characteristics,product features,value composition,functional positioning,and industrialization path of the ecological products.Key links for realizing the value of the ecological products are discussed with suggestions in the respects of raising awareness,issuing relevant standards,broadening implementation paths,enhancing their value and strengthening monitoring and evaluation,so as to provide support for decision-making and establishment of a robust mechanism to realize the value of ecological products for soil and water conservation.关键词
