Historical evolution and countermeasures for realizing the value of water ecological products in the Dujiangyan irrigation area
摘要
Abstract
The irrigation area is the direct provider of water ecological products,and fully supporting the realization of the value of water ecological products is the mission and task of the high-quality development of the irrigation area.Through reviewing and summarizing the historical evolution and transformation characteristics of the realization of water ecological product value in the Dujiangyan irrigation area,the existing problems are analyzed,and suggests continuously expanding the breadth and depth of the realization of water ecological product value from aspects such as systematic planning,reform of water rights and prices,strengthening technological innovation,and construction of digital twin irrigation areas.It proposes to fully tap into the value pursuit of the millennium-old Dujiangyan irrigation system benefiting the people and achieve the"Pareto Optimal"value of water ecological products.关键词
