Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of two port laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal cancer compared to four port laparoscopic surgery,as well as the impact on inflammatory factors and gastrointestinal hormones.Method:80 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.And they were divided into two holes group(n=40)and four holes group(n=40)according to different surgical methods,and received corresponding treatment.The levels of surgical related indicators,postoperative complications,inflammatory factors such as C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),and gastrointestinal hormones such as motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS)were compared between two groups.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in intraoperative bleeding volume and surgical time between the two groups(P>0.05).The first exhaust time,time to get out of bed,and postoperative hospital stay in the two holes group were shorter than those in the four holes group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the two holes group(10.00%)was lower than that in the four holes group(22.50%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Three days after surgery,the serum CRP and IL-6 levels in both groups increased on average compared to preoperative levels,but the two holes group was lower than the four holes group(P<0.05).The serum MTL and GAS levels in both groups decreased compared to preoperative levels,but the two holes group was higher than the four holesl group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Two port laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal cancer is more beneficial for postoperative recovery,it has better safety and less impact on inflammatory response and gastrointestinal hormones compared to four holes laparoscopic surgery.关键词
