摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the effect of combined external fixation and internal fixation in patients with complex limb fractures.Method:A total of 88 patients diagnosed with complex limb fracture in the hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were retrospectively collected and divided into study group and control group according to different treatment plans,with 44 cases in each group.The study group was treated with combined external fixation,and the control group was treated with internal fixation.The operative effect,complications,perioperative pain and traumatic stress were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group 1d,3d and 7d after surgery,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).FMA scores of the upper and lower limbs of the study group were higher than those of the control group 6 months after surgery,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum E,NE and Cor levels of the study group 3d after surgery were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of combined external fixator in patients with complex fracture of limbs can effectively improve the surgical effect,relieve postoperative pain,benefit the recovery of limb function,inhibit traumatic stress,and ensure safety.关键词
