Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of noncontact panoramic viewing system in the treatment of patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR).Method:120 patients(240 eyes)with PDR who were admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Jingzhou from January 2019 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the treatment group and the control group using the random number table method,with 60 cases(120 eyes)in each group.The control group was treated with minimally invasive vitrectomy using a 25G vitrectomy system.On this basis,the treatment group was treated with the noncontact panoramic viewing system.The perioperative indicators,best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),central macular thickness(CMT),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and endothelin-1(ET-1)levels,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:Surgical time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,BCVA,CMT,VEGF and ET-1 levels of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The overall complications which rate was 500%in the treatment group which was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Applying the noncontact panoramic viewing system in the treatment of patients with PDR,which is conducive to shorten surgical time,improve postoperative vision,and reduce VEGF and ET-1 levels.It is safe and feasible.关键词
