Effect of Acupuncture Combined Rehabilitation Training on Patients with Hemiplegia after Acute Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of combined acupuncture and rehabilitation training in patients with hemiplegia after acute ischemic stroke.Method:100 hemiplegia patients after acute ischemic stroke admitted to Sihong County Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects by the random number table method and they were divided into a control group and a observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group performed routine acupuncture care,while the observation group received combined rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.Exercise,neurological and quality of life before and after the intervention were compared.Result:Before the intervention,the difference(P>0.05),the motor and quality scores were higher than the control group,and the neurological score was lower than the control group,the difference was significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Patients with hemiplegia after acute ischemic stroke can effectively improve the motor and neurological function recovery,and improve the overall quality of life.关键词
