摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of three-dimensional gait analysis training-assisted therapy on knee hyperextension in elderly post-stroke hemiplegic patients.Method:90 cases of elderly post-stroke hemiplegic patients admitted to Wuxi Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects, and were equally divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The patients in the control group applied conventional rehabilitation training, while the patients in the research group adopted three-dimensional gait analysis training. The lower limb motor function, balance function, and gait spatio-temporal parameters of the two groups were compared.Result:After the intervention, the scores of the Brief Motor Function Rating Scale(FMA)and Berg Scale(BBS)were higher than those before the intervention in both groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the number of knee hyperextension was lower than before intervention in both groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the step frequency, step length, step speed, and swing phase time of the affected side were higher than those before the intervention in both groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the walking cycle, affected side support phase time, and double support phase time of the two groups were shorter than those before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Three-dimensional gait analysis training assistance therapy applied to elderly post-stroke hemiplegic patients can improve their lower limb motor function and balance function, and effectively alleviate the problem of knee hyperextension.关键词
