Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of modified ligation method in laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Method:A total of 98 patients with LC admitted to Beijing Chuiyangliu Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into the improved group(n=49)and the traditional group(n=49)according to the computer numbering method.Modified ligation method was performed in the improved group in LC,and traditional ligation method was performed in the traditional group in LC.Perioperative indexes,complications,liver function indexes,inflammatory factors at 1 d before surgery and 3 d after surgery were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time of the improved group was shorter than that of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidences of abdominal hemorrhage,bile leakage and incision infection between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 d after surgery,the levels of alanine transaminase(ALT),aspartate transaminase(AST)and total bilirubin(TBIL)in the two groups were higher than those at 1 d before surgery,ALT,AST and TBIL levels in the improved group were lower than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 d after surgery,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in both groups were higher than those at 1 d before surgery,the levels of IL-6,PCT and CRP in the improved group were lower than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified ligation method is safe and feasible in LC,and can reduce the impact on liver function and inflammation in patients.关键词
