髂内动脉球囊预置阻断术在植入型凶险性前置胎盘中的临床研究
Clinical Study of Internal Iliac Artery Balloon Pre Placement Occlusion Surgery in Patients with Implantable Dangerous Placenta Previa

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of internal iliac artery balloon pre placement occlusion surgery in patients with implantable dangerous placenta previa.Method:A total of 60 patients with implantable and dangerous placenta previa admitted to Yangjiang People's Hospital from July 2021 to January 2024 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups underwent cesarean section,control group was treated with routine hemostasis measures,observation group was treated with bilateral internal iliac artery balloon pre placement occlusion surgery.Perioperative indexes,neonatal conditions,hysterectomy rate and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The intraoperative blood loss volume in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the operation time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Apgar score at 1 min,5 min and 10 min of neonatal between the two groups(P>0.05).The hysterectomy rate and complication rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of bilateral internal iliac artery balloon pre placement occlusion surgery is effective in patients with implantation of dangerous placenta previa,which can control the amount of bleeding during surgery of maternity,reduce the risk of massive bleeding,shorten the operation time and hospital stay,and reduce the hysterectomy rate and the incidence of postoperative complications.关键词
