Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Total Glucosides of White Paeony Capsules combined with Methotrexate in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Method:A total of 71 patients with rheumatoid arthritis who admitted to the Bengbu Hospital of Shanghai General Hospital from January 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the study group(n=36)and the control group(n=35)according to the random number table method.The control group was given Methotrexate treatment,while the study group was given Total Glucosides of White Paeony Capsules,the therapeutic effect,immune function,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,inflammatory factors,bone metabolism and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,N-terminal middle osteocalcin(N-MID),total type Ⅰcollagen amino terminal extension peptide(T-PⅠNP)and bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and the levels of CD8+,β-crosslaps(β-CTX),interleukin-6(IL-6),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and C-reactive protein(CRP)were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Total Glucosides of White Paeony Capsules combined with Methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis can significantly alleviate the stimulation of joint inflammation,improve the immune function and bone metabolism,promote the improvement of clinical symptoms,and have high safety and practicability.关键词
