Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of warm acupuncture combined with staged resistance training in the treatment of hemiplegia patients after stroke.Method:A total of 68 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia admitted to Nanping First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from February 2021 to December 2022 were selected.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the odd and even numbers at the end of the hospitalization medical record number,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given staged resistance training,and the experimental group was given warm acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy after treatment,motor function,balance ability,daily living ability and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of upper limb and lower limb were increased in both groups,and the scores of upper limb and lower limb in experimental group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Berg balance scale(BBS)and Barthel index(BI)scores were increased in both groups,and BBS and BI scores in experimental group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of vitality,physiological function,social function and health change in both groups were increased,and the scores of vitality,physiological function,social function and health change in experimental group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with hemiplegia after stroke,warm acupuncture combined with staged resistance training can improve the function of upper and lower limbs,enhance their balance ability,and improve their daily living ability and quality of life.关键词
