Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Montelukast Sodium combined with Cetirizine Hydrochloride and Budesonide nebulization in the treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA)in children.Method:A total of 82 children with CVA who treated in Shanghe County People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,they were divided into the study group and the control group by touching the ball method,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Cetirizine Hydrochloride and Budesonide nebulization,and the study group was treated with Montelukast Sodium on the basis of the control group,and the treatment effect,lung function and immune function of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.12%,which was higher than 80.49%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(字2=4.100,P=0.043);the lung function and immune function of the study group after treatment were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast Sodium combined with Cetirizine Hydrochloride and Budesonide nebulization in the treatment of CVA in children can improve treatment effect,promote lung function recovery,and also help improve immune function.关键词
