Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of multi-dimensional refined nursing in patients with chronic heart failure.Method:A total of 149 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Fuqing Third Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group(74 cases)and observation group(75 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given multi-dimensional refined nursing on the basis of the control group.Cardiac function indexes,coping styles before and after nursing and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,left ventricular end-systolic diameter decreased and left ventricular ejection fraction increased in both groups,left ventricular end-systolic diameter in observation group was lower than that in control group,and left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the face scores of the two groups increased,and the avoidance and yield scores decreased,the face scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the avoidance and yield scores were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of multi-dimensional refined nursing for patients with chronic heart failure is conducive to the improvement of patients'heart function,improve patients'coping style,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
