去雄激素治疗联合钙剂对前列腺癌患者FRAX骨折风险评分的影响
Effect of Androgen Deprivation Therapy Combined with Calcium on FRAX Fracture Risk Score in Patients with Prostate Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of androgen deprivation therapy(ADT)combined with Calcium on FRAX fracture risk score in patients with prostate cancer.Method:The clinical data of 60 patients with prostate cancer who admitted to Shaoguan First People's Hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,according to whether Calcium was supplemented during ADT,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was only given ADT,while the experimental group was given ADT combined with daily intake of Calcium,Vitamin D and weekly oral administration of Alendronate Sodium,two groups were treated continuously for 6 months.The hip fracture risk(HF),major osteoporotic fracture risk(MO),bone mineral density of left femur and lumbar 1-4,type Ⅰ collagen pyridine cross-linked terminal peptide(ICTP),serum osteocalcin(BGP)and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase(BALP)levels were compared between two groups before and 6 months after treatment.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the fracture risk,bone mineral density and bone metabolism index between the two groups(P>0.05);after 6 months of treatment,the HF and MO of two groups were higher than those before treatment,but those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the bone mineral density of left femur and lumbar 1-4 and the levels of ICTP,BGP and BALP in two groups were lower than those before treatment,but those in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prostate cancer patients receiving ADT for 6 months can lead to increased fracture risk,decreased bone mineral density and bone metabolism indicators,Calcium supplementation during ADT can effectively improve the FRAX fracture risk score.关键词
