摘要
Abstract
Oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)is one of the most common malignant tumors in oral and maxillofacial region.The 5-year survival rate is still not ideal despite the development and perfect of comprehensive treatment.Oral tissues are prone to lymph node metastasis and recurrence due to abundant blood and lymph.A large number of studies have shown that inflammation is closely related to tumors,and cancer-related inflammation plays an important role in tumor micro environment and the occurrence and development stage of tumors.Relevant studies have shown that peripheral blood inflammation indicators are important prognostic factors for a variety of malignant tumors.In this paper,the research progress of preoperative peripheral blood neutrophil/lymphocyteratio(NLR)and platelet to lymphocyte ratio(PLR),lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio(LMR),systemic immune-inflammation index(SII),systemic inflammation response index(SIRI),and C-reactive protein(CRP)in predicting the prognosis of OSCC was analyzed by reviewing relevant literatures at home and abroad,in order to provide reference for clinical selection of comprehensive treatment strategies.关键词
