摘要
Abstract
In order to increase the consumption rate of new energy and support the construction of new power system,it evaluates the resilience of power system reasonably and effectively and puts forward the improvement measures accordingly.According to the problems that the influence of grid structure and the correlation between static resilience and dynamic resilience are not considered in the current evaluation of power system resilience,a method for evaluating power system resilience considering static topology and dynamic adjustment is proposed.Firstly,it establishes the power system resilience analysis framework.Secondly,it proposes the evaluation indicators of static resilience and dynamic resilience of a power system,and the static resilience and dynamic resilience of power system are evaluated based on complex networks theory and dynamic adjustment strategy respectively.Finally,through actual grid structures it verifies the proposed validity and applicability of the theoretical methods.The resilience evaluation can provide reference for the construction of new power system in grid structure and operation mode.关键词
