新型石墨碳纤维柔性复合接地材料制备与性能研究
Preparation and Properties of A New Graphite Carbon Fiber Flexible Composite Grounding Material

Abstract
The author combines flexible graphite with carbon fiber by pressing process to prepare a new polymer-glue free flexible composite grounding wire,solved the safety risks and environmental problems by abandoning the polymer-glue.The micromorphology of the composite was observed by using a SEM electron microscope.The effects of graphite carbon fiber mass ratio,molding pressure,and high and low temperature treatment on the mechanical and conductive properties of composite materials are studied.The effects of the knitting angle,diameter,and structures on the composite grounding wire are also stud-ied.The results show that the composite grounding material has good tensile strength and resistivity.The resistance per unit length,power frequency current withstand and lightning current withstand test of the composite grounding wire meet the requirements of power industry standards.关键词
