基于有限元仿真的多边形空心电动机轴强度分析OA
Strength analysis of polygonal hollow motor shaft based on finite element simulation
电动机轴是电动机的核心零件,多边形空心轴可以在空心轴的基础上进一步减轻电动机轴的质量.本文通过有限元分析,研究并比较圆形和多边形空心电动机轴的性能,发现多边形设计可以减轻电动机质量,且对强度、模态和临界转速的影响微小,可为电动机优化设计提供参考.
The motor shaft is the core component of the motor,and the polygonal hollow shaft can further reduce the weight of the motor shaft compared with the hollow shaft.Through finite element analysis,this paper compares the performance of circular and polygonal hollow motor shafts and finds that the polygonal design can reduce weight with minimal impact on strength,modal and critical speed,providing reference for motor optimization design.
