乡村土地景观演变的驱动因素研究
Research on Driving Factors of Rural Land Landscape Evolution
摘要
Abstract
In order to explore the rural land landscape evolution in the process of urbanization and promote the high-quality development of rural areas,based on multi-source data such as land-use remote sensing images in Lishui District of Nanjing City from 2013 to 2021,we studied the evolution characteristics of land landscape in the past ten years,and analyzed the influence factors of landscape evolution.The results show that the factors that have a greater impact on the rural landscape evolution are the level of primary industry productivity,urbanization level,rural resi-dents'living standard and land market activity.In areas with rapid economic development and obvious urban expansion trend,the rural land-scape evolution has been affected by policies or other factors,the most important of which is land planning,rural planning and rural tourism de-velopment behavior with the government as the main body.At the same time,land market and the law of industrial market also objectively re-strict and affect the rural land landscape evolution.关键词
