摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of inconsistency between the road property rights mileage station number system and the highway network mileage station number system in road administration,we proposed a coordinate conversion method that combining remote sensing images with dynamic segmentation technology.Based on the mileage station number system of basic highway data,utilizing remote sensing images,combin-ing the experience of road management personnel,we matched the road section under the jurisdiction of road administration to the highway net-work at first.And then,we matched the road property rights to the highway network by using the association relationship between the road sec-tion under the jurisdiction of road administration and the ancillary facilities of road property rights.Finally,we used the longitude and latitude co-ordinate calculation method provided by the ArcGIS platform to obtain the matched coordinates of the road property and right of way position.This method can achieve the conversion of existing road property rights to the highway network.The research results can be applied to the mutu-al conversion between the road network and its affiliated facilities that are not completely unified in the pile number system,or in areas where the measured values of linear events and linear feature in the linear reference system are inconsistent.
