Abstract
Identity certificate is necessary material for real estate registration.In order to deepen the implementation of the requirements for opti-mizing the business environment 5.0 of Guangzhou and solve the problems of inconvenience and inconvenience caused by enterprises or individ-uals not carrying physical identity certificates,Guangzhou real estate registration has taken the lead in proposing the application of electronic ID cards for"Bright Code Processing".Using face recognition and electronic ID QR code secondary encryption and decryption technology,the ap-plicant has been able to issue an ID QR code with a mobile phone to replace the physical ID certificate and handle real estate registration business.The effectiveness of reducing materials in government services has brought a good sense of experience to enterprises and the public,and also pro-vides reference for the construction of unified real estate registration platforms in other regions and the promotion of electronic ID applications.关键词
