"一码管地"市县级应用场景建设实践
Construction Practice of"One Code Land Management"Application Scenario at City and County Level:A Case Study of Hubei
摘要
Abstract
At present,there are problems in the construction of land management information such as unifying land parcel encoding,business col-laboration and difficulties in data sharing,which lead to problems such as"multiple visits",long processing time and duplicate submission of materials.In order to achieve business collaboration and data sharing in the whole process of land management,taking Hubei Province for exam-ple,we proposed the technical route of"One Code Land Management"application scenario construction at the city and county levels,and car-ried out typical application scenario practices around the business fields of construction land management,cultivated land protection and land law enforcement.Practice has shown that this method can effectively improve the efficiency of business data sharing and optimize the business envi-ronment,which is of great significance for the exploration and innovation of land management information construction.关键词
