面向新型配电系统的网络安全脆弱性评估OACSTPCD

Network Security Vulnerability Assessment for New Distribution Systems

随着新型配电系统建设的不断推进,新型配电系统的信息化和智能化程度越来越高,配电网信息物理系统面临网络攻击的安全风险增加.文章针对新型配电系统信息侧安全风险及安全漏洞无法定量评估的问题,提出一种跨空间的风险量化评估方法.首先建立新型配电系统网络风险评估模型,采用改进的基于穆迪图的层次分析法(Moody's diagram based analytic hierarchy process,MSDM-AHP)构建权重矩阵解决传统层次分析法指标权重不准确的问题,采用逼近理想解排序法(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution,TOPSIS)对节点的脆弱性因子进行量化并计算攻击目标的攻击概率.最后,依据 IEC61850 标准建立了新型配电系统子站信息模型,并基于此模型验证了所提方法的有效性与准确性.

With the construction progress of new distribution systems,the level of networking and intelligence of new distribution systems is becoming increasingly high,and the security risks of cyber attacks on the information and physical systems of distribution networks are increasing.This paper proposes a cross spatial risk quantification assessment method to address the issue of information side security risks and vulnerabilities in new distribution systems that cannot be quantitatively evaluated.Firstly,a new distribution system network risk assessment model is established,and an improved Moody's diagram based analytic hierarchy process(MSDM-AHP)is used to construct a weight matrix to solve the problem of inaccurate indicator weights in traditional analytic hierarchy process.TOPSIS algorithm is used to quantify the vulnerability factors of nodes and calculate the attack probability of the attack target.Finally,the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method are verified by establishing a new substation information model for distribution systems based on the IEC61850 standard.
