大口径绳索取心钻探技术在煤层气参数井勘探中的应用
Application of large-diameter wireline core drilling technology in the exploration of coalbed methane parameter well

Abstract
Wireline core drilling technology has been widely used in coalbed methane(CBM)exploration due to its outstanding advantages such as simple coring tool structure,higher core recovery rate,better core quality,longer drill bit service life and lower working intensity.This paper mainly introduces the commonly used large-diameter wireline coring tools,drilling process,drilling fluid technology etc.,discusses the wireline coring drilling method and effect of coal bed methane parameter wells taking CBM parameter wells 1 and 2 as examples.During the drilling process,rotary drilling with cone bit in positive circulation,PDC composite drilling and WH-B(S215×62 mm)wireline coring drilling,wall protection technology with low-solid or solid-free drilling fluid as well as measures such as appropriately controlling the return footage length and time are taken to improve the drilling efficiency and ensure the core recovery rate.Through the application in drilling practice,the recovery rate of this drilling tool in two coalbed methane coring well sections reached 93.82％with good results,which has certain guiding significance for similar large-diameter wireline core drilling.关键词
