Abstract
Sansteel No.5 blast furnace which was opened on November 19,2018 has effective volume of 1250 m3,with 2 iron outlet and 20 tuyere.By the end of 2021.Due to the deterioration of the quality of the raw fuel,the stability of the blast furnace becomes worse,the phenolmena of collapse,hanging and pipeline frequently occur,and even the phenomenon of furnace cooling occurs many times.Through improving the quality of raw fuel,adjus-ting the upper loading system and the air supply system,using serpentine furnace washing,strengthening the daily operation management and other measures,the running condition of blast furnace is improved obviously,and the economic and technical indexes are improved steadily.关键词
