Abstract
In view of the problems that the yield strength of HRB500E hot-rolled ribbed steel bar produced by a factory is low and there are nearly round pits(white spots)on the tensile fracture,the microstructure and fracture morphology of HRB500E hot-rolled ribbed steel bar are analyzed by scanning electron microscope,energy spectrum analyzer and metallographic microscope.It is found that the reason for the low yield strength of the steel bar is that there are two bainite aggregation bands in the microstructure,and this bainite aggregation band is also the root of the white spot on the tensile fracture.关键词
