文章通过测试氯离子吸收量、渗透深度、吸水率和表面疏水性等指标,探究硅烷渗透型涂料及其用量对水工混凝土防护效果的影响.试验结果表明,增加硅烷渗透型涂料的用量可以显著提高水工混凝土的防护效果,特别是对低强度混凝土更优,膏体硅烷相较于液体硅烷具有更高的有效渗透量和较低的挥发损失,能够有效降低氯离子的吸收,经过防水涂料处理后的混凝土表面具有良好的疏水性,研究成果可为水工混凝土的防护提供参考和指导.

In this paper,the effects of silane permeable coatings and their dosage on the protective effect of hydraulic concrete were explored by testing the chloride ion absorption,penetration depth,water absorption and surface hydrophobicity.The test results show that increasing the amount of silane permeable coating can significantly improve the protective effect of hydraulic concrete,especially for low-strength concrete,and paste silane has higher effective permeability and lower volatile loss than liquid silane,which can effectively reduce the absorption of chloride ions.The concrete surface treated with waterproof coating has good hydrophobicity,and the research results can provide an important reference and guidance for the protection of hydraulic concrete.
