Construction Technology of Elevated Tower Crane Demolition for Hydropower Station Spillway
摘要
Abstract
In order to meet the bearing capacity and operating width of the 400t crane used for the dismantling of the elevated tower crane in the spillway of the Nantun 1 hydropower station,a simple supported beam was innovatively used to support the front legs of the downstream crane by pouring concrete on adjacent gate piers using a stacked beam gate on the free side downstream of the main dam;The downstream side rear support legs are supported by pouring concrete piers onto the spillway gate piers as a support platform;The upstream front support leg and the upstream rear support leg are both supported by laying I-beams on the top surface of the main body of the dam as a support platform;And use theoretical and numerical simulation methods to verify the safety of the supporting platform's bearing capacity.The results show that the supporting platform can meet the bearing capacity and operating width of a 400t crane when dismantling an elevated tower crane.The construction process and key points of dismantling are summarized,and the abandoned stacked beam gate is successfully used to dismantle the elevated tower crane of the spillway of Nantun 1 hydropower station,achieving good economic benefits.This provides a reference for the dismantling of tower cranes in high-altitude restricted environments and has important practical value.关键词
