Abstract
In the wave of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change,an entirely new form of productivity-innovation-driven new quality productivity-has been born.Under the new energy system,the tasks of oil and gas enterprises'transition mainly include ensuring energy security,leading scientific and technological innovation,promoting green and low-carbon development,and fostering new momentum for development and innovating institutional mechanisms.The new quality productivity continuously promotes the integrity,advanced,efficient,and safe construction of the new energy system through the effect of making up for short boards and further developing long boards,technological endowment effect,green efficiency effect,factor enhancement effect,and organizational reshaping effect.In order to facilitate the transition of oil and gas enterprises,it is necessary to accelerate the cultivation of new quality productivity and promote the green and low-carbon transition,make a comprehensive effort to help build a high-standard market system,focus on digital technology to effectively promote a significant leap in productivity,and effectively perform its role.In order to accelerate the cultivation of new productivity,oil and gas enterprises should firmly take the road to independent innovation,continuously build innovative talent echelons,and sustainably accelerate the development of emerging future industries.关键词
