冲击和振动载荷下固体火箭发动机响应传递特性仿真分析
Simulation analysis of response transmission characteristics of solid rocket motor under shock and vibration loads

Abstract
In order to optimize structure layout of solid rocket motor and improve accuracy of ground mechanical test,the re-sponse transmission characteristics and distribution law of solid rocket motor under landing shock load and random vibration load in the hang-up section were studied by means of finite element simulation method.The shock and vibration response spectra were ana-lyzed and compared with the test data.The results show that under the landing shock in X direction,the change of the response in both axial and radial direction is less than 10% .Under the landing shock in Y direction,the response attenuates about 30% in axial and radial direction.Under the action of random vibration in X direction,the response changes little along the axis,but decays about 30% along the radial direction.Under the action of random vibration in Y direction,the response increases significantly by 1~2 times along the axial and radial direction,and the research conclusions can provide reference for adjusting and optimizing the loading mode and measuring point arrangement of the ground test.关键词
