摘要

Abstract

In order to optimize structure layout of solid rocket motor and improve accuracy of ground mechanical test,the re-sponse transmission characteristics and distribution law of solid rocket motor under landing shock load and random vibration load in the hang-up section were studied by means of finite element simulation method.The shock and vibration response spectra were ana-lyzed and compared with the test data.The results show that under the landing shock in X direction,the change of the response in both axial and radial direction is less than 10% .Under the landing shock in Y direction,the response attenuates about 30% in axial and radial direction.Under the action of random vibration in X direction,the response changes little along the axis,but decays about 30% along the radial direction.Under the action of random vibration in Y direction,the response increases significantly by 1~2 times along the axial and radial direction,and the research conclusions can provide reference for adjusting and optimizing the loading mode and measuring point arrangement of the ground test.
