Research on Short-chain Agricultural Product Supply Chain and Optimization Development Strategy
摘要
Abstract
The development of digitalization and network technology,as well as changes in consumer demand,have put forward new requirements for the security,transparency,and response speed of agricultural product supply chains.The development of short chain agricultural product supply chains provides new ideas for optimizing agricultural product supply chains.This article reviews the research progress on the short chain of agricultural product supply chains at home and abroad,summarizes the characteristics,advantages,and development trends of short chain agricultural product supply chains,and proposes digital reshaping to exercise the short chain agricultural product supply chain,build a consumer centered pull type supply chain model,improve a fully traceable agricultural product quality and safety management system,and build an efficient cold chain agricultural product logistics distribution system to optimize the development of agricultural product supply chain short chain.关键词
