摘要

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to verify the performance and curing effect of the built-in pellet burning bulk curing barn,two different types of curing barn with built-in biomass burner and external biomass burner were used in the same curing process,and compared with the traditional coal-fired curing barn.The use effect was analyzed from the aspects of energy consumption cost,appearance quality and internal quality of cured tobacco leaves.Results showed that the baking cost,baking quality,economic benefit and cost reduction of the built-in biomass burner barn were better than those of the coal-fired barn,and the principle of the built-in biomass burner barn was similar to that of the external biomass burner barn.Both the built-in biomass burning barn and the external biomass burning barn are tobacco curing heating equipment.In the case of small area transformation of the combustion chamber of the original bulk curing barn,it can replace the coal combustion for biomass particle combustion and automatic heating for tobacco curing.The cost of experimental curing is slightly higher than that of coal-fired curing barn,but the labor cost is correspondingly reduced.The heating can meet the needs of tobacco curing,and the pollution is small.It belongs to the low pollution energy encouraged by the state and has a good promotion prospect in the new new energy curing barn.
