Abstract
The construction period of nuclear power plants is long,and the systematic handover and acceptance of production runs through the entire construction process of nuclear power plants.On the basis of the existing handover and production management system,a nuclear power plant organized the establishment of a matrix of persons responsible for the transfer contract,covering the owner and personnel in various fields of the project department,aiming to identify the problems of handover constraints in advance and improve the quality and efficiency of the handover through the operation of the handover contractor responsibility matrix.关键词
