Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of drug quadruple on Helicobacter pylori(HP)-associated gastric ulcer.Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into control group(50 cases,triple therapy)and observation group(50 cases,quadrutherapy).The therapeutic effect,HP eradication rate,gastrointestinal hormone,symptom score and adverse reaction rate were compared.Results The curative effect and eradication rate of HP in observation group were higher than those in con-trol group,the adverse reaction rate and recovery rate of HP were lower than those in control group,P<0.05.Before treatment,there was no difference in gastrointestinal hormone and symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the in-dexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Drug quadruple treatment of HP-associated gastric ulcer is effective and worth popularizing.关键词
