养阴止血方联合中药穴位贴敷治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Yangyin Zhixue Decoction combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of allergic purpura nephritis.Methods Sixty sick persons with allergic purpura nephritis were selected and separated into two groups according to the random number table:the nourishing yin and hemo-static formula group(30 cases)and the treatment group(30 cases).The levels of serum TNF-α,IL-8,serum creatinine(SCr),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),24-hour urinary protein and urinary RBC count were measured before and after treatment.Results The entirely effective rate of the treatment group was 95.0%,and the effective rate of the Yangyin Zhixue Decoction group was 90.0%.There was a major difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In terms of reducing urinary pro-tein and urinary red blood cells,there were major differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).The level of TNF-α in the serum of the two groups after treatment was inferior to before treatment(P<0.05),and the contrast be-tween the two groups(P<0.05);the serum levels of IL-8 and C-reactive protein in the two groups were lower than those be-fore treatment(P<0.05),and there was no obvious difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yangyin Zhixue Formula and traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application is superior to the single use of Yangyin Zhixue Formula in improving clinical symptoms,reducing urinary protein,and reducing red blood cells in patients with pur-pura,which may protect renal function by regulating immune imbalance in patients with purpura.关键词
