摘要
Abstract
The toughness deterioration and its control of martensitic weld metal with low transformation point in armor steel were reviewed.The results show that the deterioration or instability that toughness of martensite weld metal with low transformation point at room temperature is lower than that of base metal,which is closely related to the difference of martensite weld microstructure and oxygen content formed by different welding methods.Reducing the chemical elements and compositions related to the martensitic transformation temperature of the weld is beneficial to improving the weld toughness to a certain extent,but the chemical composition of the weld is not the only factor affecting the weld toughness.The impact toughness of GTAW weld is higher than that of GMAW weld,and the oxygen content in the weld is the internal factor for the increase of impact toughness of the weld.It is an effective way to control the toughness of armor steel weld to control the chemical composition of weld aiming at forming martensite structure with low phase transformation point and the selection principle of welding method with extremely low oxygen content in weld.关键词
