摘要

Abstract

In order to meet the strength and toughness requirements of high-strength casing for shale gas development at a depth of 3500 m below ground level,the evolution of strength and toughness,microstructure and fracture mechanism of the test casing steel under different heat treatment processes were experimentally studied.The results show that the yield strength of over 1000 MPa and the transverse impact energy of more than 80 J at-10℃ by the optimal heat treatment parameters with quenching at 920℃ and holding for 45 min and tempering at 660℃ and holding for 60 min to 90 min were obtained to show the match of high strength with good toughness and to meet the requirements of T/CPSI 01301-2022 standard for 140V steel grades.With the increase of tempering temperature and the extension of tempering time,the difference of strength and toughness for the test steel was due to the evolution of spheroidization,aggregation and coarsening for precipitated carbides such as in grain boundaries,lath and lath boundaries and the change of fracture morphology characteristics into quasi-cleavage,tear ridge and secondary crack,and then into many dimples and a small number of secondary crack.
