Abstract
Combined with the functional relationship between weld penetration and the one-wire welding specification,steel plate wall thickness and groove depth of four-wire single-pass submerged arc welding,and the functional relationship between welding wire filling area and one-wire to four-wire welding specification,groove depth and groove angle of four-wire single-pass submerged arc welding,the welding groove size and corresponding welding specification of double-sided four-wire single submerged arc welding of thick plate are designed.Conduct double-sided four wire single pass submerged arc welding tests on 32 mm,40 mm,and 50 mm thick plates according to this specification.The results show that this specification can ensure double-sided welding penetration of thick plates with large blunt edge dimensions,as well as fill the large groove section of thick plates,and achieve good welding quality.关键词
