Abstract
The sampling method and quantity,sample observation and grade evaluation,result representation and test report issuance of nonmetallic inclusions in welded pipe steel is introduced,according to GB/T 10561-2023.In particular,it explains the revised changes in the definition of the maximum diameter of spherical particles,the increase and adjustment of the transverse center spacing of string(strip)inclusions,the increase and adjustment of the maximum value of the rating chart grade,the change of the method for representing fine and coarse series results,and the increase of examples for evaluating composite inclusions and precipitated phases.It also provides suggestions for the standard operation of pipe manufacturing enterprises to better utilize the content of the new standard and carry out practical operations for determining the inclusion content.关键词
