Catalytic performance of Co-Cu-Mn composite oxide catalyst for combustion of low concentration gas
摘要
Abstract
This paper is intended to investigate the catalytic performance of Co-Cu-Mn composite ox-ide for combustion of low concentration gas.The study consists of preparing seven kinds of Co-Cu-Mn ter-nary composite oxide catalysts with different molar ratios by coprecipitation method;conducting a low concentration gas catalytic combustion test by using a fixed bed microreactor;and characterizing and eval-uating the catalytic activity of different catalysts according to SEM,BET,XRD,H2-TPR and XPS.The results show that the molar ratio of cobalt,copper and manganese has a significant effect on the activity of Co-Cu-Mn ternary composite oxide catalyst.Due to the more developed pore structure and higher Co3+,Cu2+and Mn3+ratio,the catalyst with a molar ratio of cobalt,copper and manganese of 5:2.5:2.5 forms more oxygen vacancies during the valence transition of Co,Cu and Mn,and shows better catalytic activity for low concentration gas combustion.In addition,the cobalt in the Co-Cu-Mn ternary composite oxide catalyst is the crystal structure of Co3O4 spinel;the manganese species is doped into the crystal lat-tice of Co3O4 spinel during the preparation of the catalyst to form Co-Mn solid solution;and the copper oxide exists on the surface of the catalyst in amorphous or highly dispersed state.关键词
