摘要
Abstract
In order to promote the integrated deployment and orderly carry out the scrap work of army equipment and maintenance support devices,a topographic group hierarchy analyzing method is proposed to perform the importance evaluation with nine construction influencing factors proposed by industry experts.The results show that the laws and regulations,technical conditions and specification are the foundation for carrying out the work,the organization system,scrap process,identification and classification should follow the design,the complete supporting facilities,security and confidentiality,disposal method and storage management can be continually executed after the whole framework is sorted out.关键词
