Abstract

For wall-mounted satellite launch utilizing point-connection,there exist significant differences in the acceleration spectra among various satellite-rocket joints during the launch process.It might cause"over test"to use traditional methods to formulate the acceleration spectra for vibration tests.Thus,a design method for vibration test based on force limited control was proposed in this paper.First,the satellite-rocket interfacial force was obtained by satellite-rocket coupling analysis.Then,the force limited control was applied to the main frequency of the satellite,while the pre-notching acceleration spectrum was used for the other frequency bands of the satellite.The proposed force limited control method was practiced to the vibration test of a point connection wall-mounted launched satellite,whose test data proved the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.The presented study may provide a reference for the subsequent ground verification of batch launched satellites.
