态靶辨证在肝郁脾虚型桥本氏甲状腺炎中的运用
Application of syndrome differentiation of the states and targets in the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis with the syndrome of liver qi depression and spleen deficiency

Abstract
Hashimoto's thyroiditis(HT)is a common autoimmune disease in clinical practice,whose pathogeneses of traditional Chinese medicine are qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm coagulation,whose affected areas are located in the liver,spleen and kidney,with the heart maybe involved as well,and whose characteristics include intermingled deficiency and excess,deficient root and excessive manifestations.Professor Piao Chunli,studying under Academician Tong Xiaolin,applies the syndrome differentiation and prescription system of"state-target medicine"developed by Academician Tong Xiaolin to the diagnosis and treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis.She uses classified prescriptions of Chinese thorowax root and Chinese angelica to achieve the goals of dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation,suppressing wood and supporting earth,to regulate the"states"of the disease.According to the"biochemical indicator targets"of TPOAb and TgAb elevated titers and liver enzymes,and the"symptom targets"such as emotional discomfort,gall,and exophthalmos in this disease,she chooses the corresponding targeted drugs,realizing a remarkable clinical effect.关键词
